Peritas was engaged at the earlier stages of the development to prepare a feasibility study for the Client and further as Consulting Engineers and Superintendent during design and construction phases of the project. Early development process involved close liaison with Environmental Consultants to obtain environmental clearances for the site. The development of the staged construction over many years has delivered over 400 lots including all infrastructure for the development. Peritas has designed and monitored the construction of retaining walls, roads and other elements of the subdivision. Liaison with adjoining neighbours in relation to Section 159 of the Planning and Development Act was also part of the Peritas Civil scope task.
