Rand Refrigeration is a significant refrigeration and freezer storage facility, with an overall area in excess of 20,000m2, including an attached double-storey office building.
Peritas was engaged for both the structural engineering and shop detailing of the steelwork.
The project represented a significant challenge in both scale and in carefully detailing a structure given the significant temperature differentials and thermal constraints.
Peritas are proud to have delivered another successful refrigeration project for our long standing client.
Our construction business has been using Peritas for our structural engineering services since they were formed in 2008. We have also been associated with the Directors of Peritas for over 20 years.
